Shipping Charges and Delivery

  • Within Pakistan: We charge a standard shipping fee of Rs 250 for all orders. Enjoy free shipping on orders over Rs 3500. In Lahore, our in-house service can deliver within 2 business days. For nationwide delivery, we use various courier services with an estimated delivery time of 2-4 business days.

Exchange Policy

Avora offers a 7-day goodwill exchange policy under the following conditions:

  • The item is in its original packaging.
  • The product seal is intact.
  • The packaging has not been tampered with. Items purchased during sales cannot be exchanged unless the product received does not match your order.

How to Exchange an Item:

Returns Policy
